This Works Choose Sleep Set

I wish I was one of those people who as soon as my head hits the pillow I fall street asleep, annoyingly my boyfriend is one of those people. Yet, instead it takes me what seems like hours of tossing and turning before I eventually begin to doze off. A product that is catered towards helping me to sleep better is gonna make its way into my basket, without a second thought. This set includes a mini Deep Sleep Pillow Spray and a mini Stress Check Roll On. It has Lavendar, Vetivert and Camomile to help calm your mind and reduce any fears and feelings of anxiety to get you to sleep. I have tried products from Feather and Down and I love their pillow spray, so I can’t wait to see how This Works compares.

This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray-5ml

This Deep Sleep Pillow Spray is to be used before you go to bed, I would say around 15 minutes if the perfect time to allow it to soak in and work it’s magic. All you need to do is spritz a few sprays onto your pillow and bed sheets, and let the sweet smell of the Lavender and Camomile send you off into a deep sleep. It won the Best of the Best Bazar Beauty award in 2017 for it’s wondrous results, as 97% of people said they slept better when using this product. It just shows that it is worth every penny. I can’t wait to put it to the test tonight and see if it rivals my Feather and Down pillow spray.

This Works Stress Check Roll-On-5ml

You can’t actually buy this product separately, which is more of a reason to try out this mini gift set. However, they do have other alternative roller balls to help you to sleep, for example the Deep Sleep Breathe In  which aims to relieve tension. As for the Stress Check Roll-On, you apply this to your pulse points and breathe in it’s relaxing scent to unwind you before bed. It’s aimed to get rid of any stress and anxiety you have suffered from the day or that you have towards sleeping, to ensure you get a good nights sleep.

This mini gift set retails for £10 on their website and is a great way of trying these 2 products before committing to buy them full priced.
